The Yoga-Bliss Online Membership provides recorded yoga classes, livestream sessions, monthly themes, journaling prompts, and a monthly Soul Sangha for deeper insight and enquiry. Members also have the opportunity to interact with Lisa during livestream sessions and receive free access to Learn to Meditate every January and Improve Your Breath every September. The Yoga-Mini Membership offers two new recorded yoga classes each month, as well as access to over 80 recorded classes for anytime viewing.
For those who prefer in-person sessions, Lisa Powell Yoga offers classes in Hastings and St Leonards.
