Little n Active

PCYC Gym, the local fitness club in Blackwater, is excited to announce the upcoming Fitness event for Little n Active, a program offered by PCYC Queensland.

Little n Active is specially designed for children under 5 and aims to develop their physical literacy through active and creative play. This program encourages active parental participation, making it a great opportunity for families to bond and connect while having fun.

In each 45-minute class, children and parents can expect a warm welcome and open exploration time, where they can freely explore and discover the adventure environment. This promotes curiosity, problem-solving skills, comprehension, and social interaction in a safe and inviting space.

The Little n Active classes are grouped by developmental stages, ensuring that every child's needs are met. The activities can be tailored to suit the individual requirements of each child, ensuring an inclusive and personalised experience.

PCYC Gym offers a range of classes based on age and developmental stages. For the littlest ones, there are Playtime classes for children aged 0 months to 2 years. Confident walkers aged 18 months to 2.5 years can join the Munchkins classes. Sprouts classes are designed for children aged 2.5 to 4 years, while Tykes classes cater to children aged 4 to 5 years. Families with siblings under five can also participate in the Sibs classes.

Each block of classes comes with its own exciting adventure theme. Participants can look forward to Beach, Jungle, Nursery Rhymes, and Superheroes adventures, among others. These themes add an extra element of excitement and engagement to the classes, making them even more enjoyable for the children and parents alike.
