For over a decade, she's been running this cosy spot between Linlithgow and Broxburn, just a 10-minute hack away from the Scottish National Equestrian Centre.

At Little Ochiltree Stables, it's all about making everyone feel welcome. Whether you're into a relaxed hack or gearing up for competitions, they've got you covered with a range of services. With 16 comfy stalls and various livery options—from full to DIY—there's something for every horse owner.

Facilities are spot on, too. Ride indoors whatever the weather or hit the large floodlit outdoor arena. There are grass jumping paddocks and a dressage arena in summer. Plus, there's free access to the indoor and outdoor schools, complete with lights and jumps. Plenty of parking, including space for trailers and lorries, adds to the convenience.

The hacking opportunities are stellar, with Beecraigs Country Park nearby. And for peace of mind, the yard has CCTV surveillance.
