No matter how busy or where you are, as long as you have a WiFi connection and your iPad or smartphone, you can still participate in the classes. And if you need to take a break for a week, don't worry! You can easily catch up with extra classes the following week. Now let's talk about the cost. For just £30 per person per month or £49 per couple per month, you'll have access to all these amazing classes. And the more classes you participate in, the cheaper they become. For instance, if you join 2 classes a week, it would only cost you £3.46 per class. Once you've made the full payment, you'll receive the Zoom ID number and password to access the classes via email on the 1st of the following month. Joining the classes using Zoom is simple, and to make things even easier, they provide a user guide to help you get started.
If you prefer to attend classes in person, they are held at the Billericay Hannakins Community Centre. There is a class on Fridays from 9.30am to 10.30am priced at £5. However, if this time doesn't work for you, don't worry! Men are also welcome to join their mixed over 50s exercise classes.
