Nestled among towering trees and surrounded by the sounds of nature. It was in that moment that I fell in love with yoga and knew that it would become a lifelong passion.
Fast-forward to today, and I am proud to be the founder and lead instructor at LiveLearn. Yoga in Bury, New Zealand. My mission is to share the transformative power of yoga with as many people as possible, helping them find balance, peace, and a deeper connexion to themselves.
At LiveLearn. Yoga, we understand that life can be hectic and overwhelming. That's why we offer online yoga classes, allowing you to practise from the comfort of your own home. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes are designed to suit all body shapes, genders, and life stages.
Yoga is for everyone, and we believe that not being able to do yoga simply doesn't exist.
When you step onto your mat with me, you're entering a space where you can switch off from the outside world, turn inwards, and focus on your deep breath and fluid movement. Through a balanced blend of breath work, flow, and individual posture work, you will finish each class feeling like a new version of yourself. It's amazing how different you can feel once you open your eyes at the end of the practise compared to when you started.
But it's not just about the physical practise. I also strive to incorporate the spiritual side of yoga into my classes, allowing you to be curious about who you are and explore the depths of your inner self. Yoga is a journey of self-discovery, and I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.
