At Liverpool Personal Trainer, we offer a wide range of services to cater to all ages and abilities. Our personal training sessions are designed based on the client's needs and goals, and are conducted at our state-of-the-art studio. Please note that spaces are limited due to high interest.

For women who want to feel more confident, we offer women-only boxing classes. These classes follow our 'Boxing fundamentals' programme, which primarily focuses on using focus pads. Our experienced trainers will teach you all the basics and gradually introduce more challenging exercises that contribute towards weight loss, fitness, and fun.

We also have kids boxing classes, where children can learn essential life skills such as physical fitness, confidence, and respect through our 'Boxing Fundamentals' programme. Additionally, we offer kids martial arts and kickboxing classes to enhance their physical and mental well-being.

Men who are interested in boxing can join our adult/men boxing classes. We also have weights and strength training classes for those who want to focus on building muscle and increasing strength. Our upcoming 6-week course, starting on November 14th, covers all major weight training movements and aims to build confidence and comfort with using weights.
