Living Yoga London, based in Epping, Essex, is the brainchild of Rhyanne, a skilled Yoga teacher and qualified Yoga therapist. Her method strips yoga and mindfulness down to the essentials, making it accessible to all in the Essex area. Both group and individual sessions are available.

Rhyanne's goal is to help students enhance their mind-body connection and derive practical benefits from yoga, both on and off the mat. Her sessions incorporate mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and sometimes interactive elements like reflection, journaling, and discussion.

Living Yoga London equips students with vital skills for navigating modern life's challenges. Rhyanne's programmes are designed to build resilience and promote overall well-being.

Rhyanne's passion for movement as healing began in 2008 during her Contemporary Dance degree. Her experience in Estonia, working with girls who had faced trauma, showcased the power of movement and breathwork for emotional expression and grounding. This transformative experience led Rhyanne to pursue Yoga, where she now specialises in Yoga Therapy, assisting those with mental health issues and various physical health concerns.

She provides targeted support for sleep issues and individuals on their breast cancer journey, prioritising an inclusive and nurturing environment for all.

Living Yoga London is also committed to sustainability, planting a tree for every new subscriber.
