Lucy, the founder of Living Your Yoga, has a deep passion for Yoga that began at a young age. She taught herself Yoga from a 1970s Vogue book when she was just 15 years old and attended her first yoga class at 19. Inspired by a 60-year-old instructor, Lucy has since dedicated herself to the practise of Yoga and sharing its benefits with others.

Living Your Yoga has been recognised for its excellence and was proudly awarded Best Yoga/Pilates Studio in 2021. The studio is committed to maintaining a high standard of teaching and aims to provide a well-supported yoga practise for all clients. If a class is unsuitable for a client's needs, Living Your Yoga willingly recommends other experienced yoga teachers nationally and internationally.
