The studio is owned by Monik Mnard, a former legal technician turned stay-at-home mum, who discovered her passion for aerial arts during a trip to the south in 2008. This experience led her to explore the world of aerial yoga, which has become a central part of her life and daily routine. Monik's motto is "Sky is the Limit," and she brings this philosophy to her role as a trainer at Loft 102.

The studio offers a variety of aerial yoga classes, including Fun Fly Girl for young girls aged 5 to 14, Fusion Arienne for beginners, and Yoga Fitness Arien. The classes focus on a mix of yoga poses and aerial fabric work, providing a full-body workout that improves strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. Participants work with suspended hammocks to achieve unique inverted poses, followed by a 5-minute relaxation period.
