Loliya's approach is centred around her Five Pillars of Wellbeing, which include Resistance Training, Nutrition, Breath-Work, Pilates, and Life Coaching. These pillars are designed to reset health and energy levels, boost confidence, and enable women to live life to the fullest. Loliya's own personal experience with menopause has taught her the importance of rethinking exercise, nutrition, relaxation, and mindset during this new chapter in a woman's life.

As a licenced women's vitality and life coach, Loliya is committed to supporting women to adapt to life's changes and fall back in love with their bodies. She helps her clients achieve more energy and strength, confident movement, improved posture, and overall well-being. Loliya also assists women in feeling less anxious, overcoming fears and feelings of overwhelm, and finding more pleasure in relaxation through improved sleep.
