Lolly Jar Circus holds weekly classes during state school terms at two venues. The Estonian Hall, located at 200 Jeffcott St, North Adelaide, SA 5006, and The Spruance Hall, situated at Spruance Road, Elizabeth East, SA 5112. These classes offer young people the chance to learn and master circus skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Additionally, Lolly Jar Circus regularly performs at public events, showcasing the talent and skills of its young participants. The circus also has outreach programmes where they bring the circus experience to different communities and organisations. In line with the government's health directives, Lolly Jar Circus has implemented a COVID vaccination policy. All staff, volunteers, and adults attending their premises are required to be fully vaccinated. This policy ensures that the young people attending their classes, many of whom are vulnerable to diseases such as COVID-19, are provided with a safe space to enjoy and benefit from the joys of circus.
