The London Salsa Academy is a vibrant dance company located in Chatham, Ontario, founded in 2010 by the experienced dance instructor and performer, Ross Todorovic. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Ross has worked and trained in various dance studios worldwide, including directing dance teams in San Diego, performing in Las Vegas alongside Cirque de Soleil performers, and dancing in the hit movie 'Take the Lead' with Antonio Banderas. Ross, along with his wife Milena, offers classes every Wednesday evening for beginners at 106 William St. N in Chatham.
The academy offers a comprehensive syllabus of Salsa classes from levels 1 to 5, designed to teach students the fundamental base patterns and skills needed to progress to higher levels. In addition to Salsa, the London Salsa Academy plans to expand its class schedule to offer Bachata and Kizomba classes in the near future. As the partner company of El Studio Tango, founded by Ross in 2003, the academy also plans to introduce Argentine Tango classes on Thursday evenings.
Private lessons are also available for those interested in learning Argentine Tango, Salsa, and other dance styles for special occasions such as weddings.
