Classes last 90 minutes and offer a full-body workout. You don’t need to be fit or flexible to start. Just bring a pair of clean sports shoes and a positive attitude.
London Savate practices Assaut Savate, which emphasizes control over power, minimizing injury risk. There's also the chance to compete locally and internationally once you’ve honed your skills.

We're a dedicated group training a combat sport without heavy contact. Savate Assaut uses the technical moves without force or power.
