Welcome to London Shadows, an independent gym located in Rochester that offers everything you need, whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast. Built and run by a family, London Shadows is dedicated to creating a thriving community in the Medway area. We even organise boxing classes for kids during the summer holidays and ensure that our gym members make the most of their membership. We are your one-stop-shop for all things gym-related.

- London Shadow: He is the head of the London Shadows Group and the owner of the gym. With a wealth of knowledge in bodybuilding and a few shows under his belt, London Shadow is the go-to person if you're looking to build your back or if you require advice on anything gym-related.

- Sabrina Pinner: Looking to improve your physicality and diet? Sabrina is the expert you need to reach out to. Currently developing her own online coaching programme, Sabrina has a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you build muscle or shed extra weight. She is approachable and always ready to offer assistance.

- Martin Pinner: If you're ready to take your fitness to the next level, Martin is your guy. With extensive knowledge of routines and exercises that will push you beyond your limits, Martin has a history of building clean, lean muscle. He can guide you on your fitness journey and advise you on the right food choices to help you reach your goals.

- Kara Willis: Kara is the graphic designer and printing master at London Shadows. She is responsible for the appealing apparel and merchandise associated with our brand. If you're looking to kick off your own brand or need design expertise, Kara is the person to reach out to.

- Kilo Shadow: Kilo is the gym's mascot and personal motivator. She will bring you her ball or toy to let you know you can handle that last set. She also keeps tabs on your attendance and will judge you if you don't show up. But don't worry, she's also there to play and keep you company.
