Lone Pine Clay Target Club

Kurt serves as the dedicated organizer at the Lone Pine Clay Target Club, conveniently located just off Highway 2 south of Bowden, east on Wimborne Road. This spot has become a favourite among trap shooters in the area. The club features RV parking and four traps, making it an ideal range for both seasoned veterans and newcomers.

Each year, Kurt ensures that Lone Pine hosts one ATA registered event, giving shooters a chance to test their skills in a competitive setting. New shooters are always welcome to join, and Kurt, along with other experienced members, is on hand to offer guidance and support. Lone Pine is a proud member of the Alberta Provincial Trapshooting Association (APTA) and actively participates in their New Shooter Mentorship program.
