The trainer behind LoneWolfPT is Jenn, who has been a Level 3 Personal Trainer since 2017. In October 2020, Jenn further qualified as a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach. With previous experience as an amateur boxer, Jenn dedicated two years to coaching at the Redditch Boxing Academy, supporting the development of the amateur squad and providing personalised one-on-one coaching. Jenn began her personal training career at the Transformation Gym in Redditch and Kelly Phasey Fitness before setting up her services from her converted home garage.
Jenn is also a certified Self Defence Coach (Redditch Self Defence Association) and collaborates closely with renowned instructor Pete Martin. With numerous qualifications and certifications in training, coaching, nutrition, and self-defence, Jenn brings a holistic approach to her training sessions.
Clients have testified to the effectiveness of LoneWolfPT's training programmes and have experienced personal growth and progress. The training sessions encompass various exercises, including cardio, strength, mobility, resistance, and bodyweight training.
