The gym features state-of-the-art functional equipment and offers tailored programmes to fit individual needs. Choose from the Lifestyle or Performance programme, each designed to help you thrive. The Lifestyle programme is great for all fitness levels and is flexible enough to fit busy schedules. For those with an athletic background, the Performance programme will push your limits with advanced Olympic Lifting techniques.
Members can train up to five times a week, with options to scale it down if needed. Using WodUp, a unique workout tracking app, athletes can monitor their progress and compete on the inbuilt leaderboard, adding a fun twist to their fitness journey.
For those who prefer to do their own thing, a reduced rate membership is an option, but upgrading for access to tailored programmes is always available.
Operating hours are convenient too. From Monday to Friday, the gym is open from 7:30 am to 7 pm, and on Saturdays, from 8 am to 1:30 pm. Staffed hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2:45 pm.
