So, LOST CYCLE – NORTH, established in 2019, is this cool fitness spot in London, ON, where you can lose yourself in the vibe of our rhythm riding classes. It’s 50 minutes all about you – think heart-pumping music, great choreography, and solid energy. 💪
We've got a killer team of instructors who are there to help you make the most of every ride. Our rides are all about moving to the beat – not just your average spin class. This rhythmic approach can boost your coordination, cardio, and even get you into that elusive flow state. Music is key here, and each instructor brings their own playlist to keep things fresh and motivational.
What makes LOST CYCLE – NORTH special is our sense of community. We’re inclusive, supportive, and welcome everyone, no matter your fitness level. No exclusivity, no toxic diet culture – just a place where you can feel strong, both mentally and physically.
On top of that, we’re committed to ongoing education around diversity, anti-racism, body inclusivity, and mental health. Our goal is to make boutique fitness accessible for everyone.
