Art facility located within Lakeview Park, the home ground of Loughgall Football Club. It offers a capacity of 2012, providing ample space for spectators to enjoy the excitement of our matches.
Loughgall Football Club, also known as The Villagers, was formed in 1967 in the picturesque village of Loughgall in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. We have a rich history and are proud to be the smallest settlement in Europe with a team in the top division of its national league, currently playing in the Sports Direct leadingship, the highest level of football in Northern Ireland.
In addition to our senior team, we have a strong focus on developing young talent. Our Development Squads play in the NIFL Academy Leagues, and we boast one of the largest youth academies in the local area with over 300 children enrolled in Loughgall Youth.
To watch our matches and support our players, you can find us at Lakeview Park, situated on Ballygasey Road in Loughgall. The ground offers a fantastic atmosphere for fans and provides a comfortable environment to enjoy the game.
When it comes to match day information, we strive to make it as convenient as possible for our supporters to reach the stadium. By car, you can easily access Lakeview Park from Belfast by taking the M1 to Junction 13, then proceeding onto the B131 Blackisland Road and following the directions to Loughgall. For those travelling from Portadown or Armagh, we recommend taking the B77 Red Lion Road from Portadown or the B77 Loughgall Road from Armagh respectively.
If you prefer public transport, the closest train station is located in Portadown, approximately seven miles away from Loughgall. The Translink Number 65 Bus operates from Portadown High Street to Loughgall on weekdays, and there are also buses available between Armagh and Loughgall. Local taxis are also readily available to serve the area.
On match days, parking is available on site at the Willis CRL Arena, with priority given to players, officials, and directors. Spectators can also find roadside parking on the Ballygassey Road (Club side only) and at St. Lukes Church. We kindly request that visitors be considerate of local residents when parking and refrain from parking in Loughgall Mews.
To ensure a comfortable match day experience, we offer food options such as burgers, tea, and coffee. Toilets are conveniently located in various areas within Lakeview Park for your convenience, including the Home End, Away End, Lakeview Social Club, and the Willis CRL Arena. In case of any medical needs, designated paramedics are on standby at all home games, and a first aid point is clearly marked on our map.
We take pride in our club and its community, and we are grateful for the dedicated individuals who contribute to its success. Our President, Noel Willis, along with Hon Vice Presidents, John Irwin and Francis Neill, provide invaluable support to our operations. The club is managed by Chairman, Sam Nicholson, and Vice Chairman, Mark Pierson, who, alongside Secretary Stuart Crozier and Treasurer John McCann, ensure the smooth running of our club. We also have a team of passionate Directors who work tirelessly for Loughgall FC.
At Loughgall Football Club, we cherish our history, values, and the support of our loyal fans. Join us as we continue to strive for excellence on and off the pitch.
