Louisa Craig, the founder and owner of LouisaYoga, is a highly experienced and dedicated yoga teacher. With over 25 years of personal practise and teaching experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her classes. Louisa is a certified RYT500 senior yoga teacher and has trained with renowned yoga teachers from around the world. Her teaching style is influenced by various yoga lineages, and she continues to expand her knowledge through continuous learning and training.
