Louth Hockey Club

Welcome to Louth Hockey Club, a prominent hockey club located in Louth, New Zealand. With a rich history in the local community, we are committed to providing quality hockey opportunities and player development. Our club boasts a membership of 130 individuals, ranging from adults to children as young as five years old.

At Louth Hockey Club, we have a total of four senior teams that compete in competitive league matches at The Pavilion, situated on London Road in Louth. In 2021, our club and the local community joined forces to ensure the club's survival, resulting in the replacement of the artificial pitch with a brand-new surface. This has provided us with a magnificent pitch for all our sporting events, enhancing the overall experience for our members.

One of our proudest achievements is our thriving junior membership. We provide opportunities for young players to participate in competitions tailored to their age throughout the season. We believe in nurturing the next generation of hockey talent and promoting a love for the sport among children in our community.

Whether you are an experienced player or a complete novice, Louth Hockey Club warmly welcomes everyone. We often organise special 'back to hockey' sessions, designed for individuals who wish to return to the sport after a break or for those who are eager to try hockey for the very first time. These sessions are a great way to get back into the game and meet fellow hockey enthusiasts.
