On the skills learned in Advanced 1 and for those who are interested in competing at a higher level. Swimmers in this class will focus on refining their technique in all 4 competitive strokes and will have the opportunity to compete in local swim meets. They will also work on building their endurance and stamina through challenging drills and training sets.
