Additionally, participants will receive a free pair of boxing gloves valued at $55, ensuring you have the necessary equipment to kickstart your Muay Thai journey. Throughout the programme, you will have access to constant support from a Facebook group with other members of the programme, as well as ongoing support and accountability from your coaches.
