The Rosewood Aquatic Centre is excited to announce a local swimming event taking place at the Lowood Swimming Pool in Lowood, QLD. Held on Main Street, this event offers a fantastic opportunity for swimmers of all ages to come together and enjoy the wonderful facilities on offer.
The Lowood Swimming Pool boasts a heated 25-meter pool that is absolutely perfect for both lap swimming and learning to swim. Whether you're a seasoned swimmer or just starting out, this pool provides a supportive and enjoyable environment for everyone. Additionally, there's a splash pad area available, allowing children to have a great time and cool off during those scorching hot days.
Membership options are available at the pool, catering to individuals and families alike. By becoming a member, you gain full access to both the gym and pool facilities. There are two options to choose from: a weekly membership fee of $18.90 with no contract or a reduced fee of $16.90 with a 12-month contract. In addition, there's a one-time tag fee of $40 and an administration fee of $59.
If you prefer a more casual visit, the pool offers affordable entry prices as well. Adults (17 years and above) can enter for just $5.00, while children (2-16 years) and concessions (age and disability) pay $4.00. Families can make the most of a special rate of $16.00 for entrance.
But that's not all! The Lowood Swimming Pool also provides group fitness classes that you can join. For only $15 per session, you can enjoy an invigorating workout while surrounded by the beautiful pool environment.
The pool's opening hours are incredibly convenient, allowing you to plan your swim without any hassle. From Monday to Friday, you can dive in from 6am to 6pm, and on Saturdays, the pool opens its doors at 7am, staying open until 6pm. Sundays and public holidays offer a bit of a lie-in, with opening hours set from 10am to 5pm. Please note that the pool is closed on Christmas Day.
