Liza, also a local, grew up on the Great Ocean Road and developed her passion for strength and conditioning during her studies in Warrnambool. She is now a Nurse/Midwife and one of the directors of LPC Mount Gambier. Liza is dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone feels comfortable to train and grow.
Dean, the founder of Lionmode, brings his extensive experience in coaching, online training, and business management to LPC Mount Gambier.
