During the sugar season from March 16 to April 28, guests can indulge in a delicious all-you-can-eat sugar shack meal while surrounded by the charming ambiance of the maple forest.

With a history spanning over 30 years, L'rable Rouge is known for its warm hospitality and authentic cuisine. The sugar shack serves classic dishes such as pea soup, maple-glazed ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, baked beans, and more. Guests can also satisfy their sweet tooth with fresh donuts, maple tarts, maple taffy on snow, and crepes.

In addition to the delectable dining experience, L'rable Rouge offers horse-drawn carriage rides and face painting for guests of all ages on weekends.
