Located at 3324 Route 161 in Saint-Valre, L'rable Rouge invites guests to experience a taste of traditional Quebecois culture. During the sugar season from March 16 to April 28, guests can indulge in a delicious all-you-can-eat sugar shack meal while surrounded by the charming ambiance of the maple forest.
With a history spanning over 30 years, L'rable Rouge is known for its warm hospitality and authentic cuisine. The sugar shack serves classic dishes such as pea soup, maple-glazed ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, baked beans, and more. Guests can also satisfy their sweet tooth with fresh donuts, maple tarts, maple taffy on snow, and crepes.
In addition to the delectable dining experience, L'rable Rouge offers horse-drawn carriage rides and face painting for guests of all ages on weekends. Live music performances by a local singer are held on Saturday evenings, creating a festive atmosphere for visitors to enjoy. The venue also features a fully stocked bistro-bar, ensuring that guests can relax and unwind after a day of skating or exploring the sugar shack.
To ensure a seamless experience, L'rable Rouge recommends making reservations in advance for group bookings of 40 people or more. The prices are $35. 80 for adults, $19. 12 for children aged 5-11, and free for children under 4 years old.
Special rates are available for Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, with lunch and dinner options offered on those days.
