Start your day off on the right foot with LTFDFIT's 3 weekly classes, taking place from 6am to 6.45am every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 4 weeks. In total, you'll enjoy 12 invigorating workouts, with each session averaging around £5.50. The complete package, inclusive of the booking fee, is £67.
These classes are suitable for all abilities, and modifications and progressions will be offered throughout each workout. Additionally, all the necessary equipment will be provided, so you don't have to worry about bringing anything with you.
Rest assured that you will be guided by a highly experienced instructor with over 28 years of expertise in the fitness and wellbeing industry. Having previously served as an Army PTI/Military Training Instructor, the instructor is well-qualified, insured, and First Aid trained. Your safety is their top priority!
