Lucy Murray is an experienced Yoga instructor based in Pershore, Worcestershire. Teaching since the late 1990s, Lucy knows the strains of long hours at a desk or in the car. Through Yoga, she found a way to feel brighter and clearer, and now she shares this with others.
In her classes, Lucy combines different Yoga styles and traditions, drawing from her comprehensive training with the British Wheel of Yoga. Her sessions focus on traditional Yoga principles, including postures, breathing, relaxation, and meditation. The schedule includes online Meditation on Monday evenings, Yoga in Pershore on Wednesday mornings, online Yoga on Wednesday evenings, and Yoga in Little Comberton on Thursday and Sunday mornings.
