Welcome to Lutterworth Athletic FC, a football club based in Lutterworth, established in 1983. The club was founded with the goal of providing the children and youth of Lutterworth and surrounding villages with the opportunity to play local league football while learning valuable physical and emotional skills, as well as having fun.
Lutterworth Athletic has been accredited as an FA Charter Standard Club since July 1st, 2009. This accreditation is given by the FA to clubs that are well-run and sustainable, with a strong emphasis on child protection and safety. It also recognises the club's commitment to coaching, player and coach development, and raising the standards of behaviour in the game.
The club is currently undergoing a significant transitional period, with plans to accommodate all teams at a single facility at Hall Lane. This has been a long-standing aspiration of the club, and once completed, it will be one of the best sports facilities in the county. The new facility will not only provide a place for the teams to train and play matches but will also create a sense of community within the club.
