Looking for personal training? Neil and Oscar, our experienced trainers, offer personalised sessions tailored to your needs and goals, from targeted training to nutrition plans.

LyonsDen Fitness values diversity and growth in their instructor roster. If you're a qualified personal trainer or teach classes like Rig-fit, Spin, or Yoga, Paul invites you to get in touch about joining the team.

Membership offers more than just access to gym areas, fitness studios, and jogging tracks. Members enjoy preferential rates for hairdresser services and Fat Freezing treatments, and receive a free programme to guide their fitness journey.

Worried about commitment? No problem. LyonsDen Fitness allows you to try the facilities without a contract. Pay the day rate a few times, and if you decide to join within two weeks of your first visit, they'll deduct up to three day rates from your first month's membership.
