Macroom F.C.

Located in the heart of Macroom, Macroom F. C. is a thriving soccer club that has been serving the local community for many years. With a strong emphasis on providing a safe and inclusive environment for players of all ages, the club has grown to over 500 players across 24 teams.

The club boasts 2 adult teams, 16 boys' teams, and a rapidly increasing girls' membership with 6 teams. With close to 70 volunteers who are all Garda vetted and regularly update their safeguarding courses, Macroom F. C. prides itself on prioritising the well-being of its members.

One of the club's main goals is to develop a state-of-the-art sports facility in the centre of Macroom Town. This includes converting the existing grass pitch in Murrayfield to a full-size, fully floodlit astro pitch with a community walkway. Through fundraising efforts such as their weekly lotto draws, the club is working towards making this dream a reality.

Macroom F. C. is home to a professional team of coaches who are dedicated to helping players achieve their dreams and reach their full potential.
