Mad Hatters Aerial Acro & Pole Dance Studio, located in Batehaven NSW on the South Coast, is a sports club offering a wide variety of classes and workshops in dance, pole, fitness, aerial, acro, balance, and flexibility. Our studio is proud to provide a safe and inclusive environment for individuals of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels to experience the excitement and challenge of the pole and aerial world.

Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, our classes cater to all skill levels and emphasise building strength, flexibility, and technique. We offer speciality classes and workshops taught by industry experts to provide our students with unique and diverse learning experiences.

Our class offerings span a wide range, starting with absolute beginner classes for those who are new to pole. In these classes, you will learn the fundamentals, including basic grips, spins, tricks, and floorwork suited for a queen. No previous experience in flexibility, dance, or strength is necessary; just come and have fun!

For those who have mastered the beginner moves, we offer progressive classes that focus on linking moves together to create longer, stronger, and more complex transitions. In these classes, you will continue to improve on the moves you learned in the beginner level while adding new moves to your repertoire. To progress to the next level, you must be able to perform a Jamilla, inside leg spin, layout, and spinning climb.

Our progressive classes are further divided into Progressive 1 and Progressive 2. In Progressive 1, you will work on inverting most of the time, dismounting, and holding a bat/crucifix. You will also focus on climbing the pole with ease and learn more advanced tricks and combos to strengthen your skills and confidence. To move on from this class, you must be able to perform an open leg Jamilla, inside leg spin to layout, advanced layout, and hello boys.

In Progressive 2, you will be able to climb the pole with ease and will work on different entry and exit techniques. We will teach you moves and combos that link the fundamentals together to create more complex and strengthening sequences. Additionally, you will learn challenging spins higher on the pole.
