At the time, Allison was experiencing hyperactivity, frequent headaches, and difficulty sleeping. Upon a friend's suggestion, she joined a yoga class at the local College of Further Education in Oxford.
After just one course, Allison became hooked and prioritised attending her weekly yoga sessions.
Over the years, Allison has explored various styles of yoga and has become a qualified teacher. Drawing on her experiences, she has developed her unique style that reflects her personality. Her teaching approach is relaxed and friendly, making yoga accessible to all individuals.
Malvern Hills Yoga offers a diverse timetable of classes that cater to different preferences and schedules. All classes strictly adhere to government recommendations and the guidelines set by the British Wheel of Yoga, ensuring the safety of all participants amid these challenging times. The cost of classes typically ranges from 8 to 10, depending on the venue.
On Tuesdays, classes are held at various locations. The morning session takes place from 9:30am to 10:30am at Colwall Village Hall, while the afternoon session is from 1:30pm to 2:30pm at Malvern's Lyttelton Well. In the evening, from 7:00pm to 8:00pm, a class is held at St James Sports Centre in Malvern.
