Zoe, a mother of two young girls, understands the ups and downs of early motherhood and aims to provide a welcoming space for expecting and new mothers. She joined MamaBabyBliss after experiencing the benefits of their classes with her eldest daughter and wanting to make a meaningful difference while fitting work around her own family.
Before becoming a MamaBabyBliss Teacher, Zoe was a manager of holistic businesses and spas, as well as a qualified Massage Therapist and Homoeopath. She has a passion for learning and will be completing more yoga teacher training in the future.
Zoe takes joy in seeing the confidence of the mums grow during her classes. In her Pregnancy Yoga classes, she empowers mums and shows them the strength and capabilities of their bodies for giving birth. She also teaches hypnobirthing and yoga techniques to help mums have positive birthing experiences. Witnessing the bond between mums and babies, as well as the support network that forms among the mums in her classes, brings Zoe great satisfaction.
