Michelle, the founder of Mama Strong, is a mum of three, a strength coach, and a postpartum specialist. She is passionate about helping mums rebuild their core, move better, and feel stronger so that they not only survive the physical and mental demands of motherhood but thrive. Michelle believes that mums can feel amazing and love their bodies after having babies, and through her bespoke coaching technique that encompasses strength training, mobility work, and biomechanics, she works with you to help you discover how.
One of the unique aspects of Mama Strong is that it offers a private gym setting. If you feel nervous about going to a public gym or if you'd like the option to bring your child along, Mama Strong's private studio in Lenzie is the perfect solution for you. You can enjoy 1-1 and 2-1 personal training sessions in a comfortable and private space. Additionally, Mama Strong also offers hybrid in-person and online coaching for added convenience.
Whether you are in the early weeks postpartum or many years postpartum, Mama Strong has a variety of services available to suit your needs. One of the key offerings is the Core Rehabilitation course, which is Michelle's signature and specialist postnatal programme. This course is tailored to your individual needs, and through one-on-one sessions with Michelle, you will receive a bespoke programme that addresses your specific requirements.
