Marcia Sharp

Marcia Sharp’s been teaching yoga for over 20 years in London and knows her stuff. She trained at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in France and did a 500-hour Advanced Teacher Training with Sri Dharma Mittra in New York. Her style mixes Dharma Yoga's mind-body focus with Sivananda's asanas, breathing, and relaxation.

Whether you’re new or looking to level up, Marcia’s got classes for you. She runs sessions at spots like the Beethoven Centre, The Life Centre in Notting Hill, and Nuffield Health, doing Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, and Dharma Yoga. Prefer one-on-one? Marcia also offers Thai Yoga Massage, combining acupressure, stretching, and applied yoga, available around Central, West, and North West London.
