I'm Maria Luz Perez, Argentinian Pilates instructor & ballet teacher based in Sydney since 2021. At the moment I have more than 10 years as a professional dancer and teacher.

As a professional dancer, years ago I have practiced the Pilates method as a complement to my professional career. Currently I teach it in the beautiful city of Sydney.
I love to complement my classes in Sydney with my online classes. So I can be connected with more people around the world.
