I am Luz, welcome you to my online and face to face classes!

Just to tell you a little about me..

I'm Maria Luz Perez, Argentinian Pilates instructor & ballet teacher based in Sydney since 2021. At the moment I have more than 10 years as a professional dancer and teacher. 

As a professional dancer, years ago I have practiced the Pilates method as a complement to my professional career. Currently I teach it in the beautiful city of Sydney. 

I love to complement my classes in Sydney with my online classes. So I can be connected with more people around the world.
 
Being on the move is vital to my life, and I'd love to help you connect with your physical body. Hope to see you soon !
