On Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 10 AM to 4 PM, members of Able Sail Toronto can join the Marine Radio Course ROC(m) Certification at NYC Chartroom. This course is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge of emergency radio procedures and everyday operating techniques for using a VHF radio out on the water.
Participants will receive a textbook, take part in a review session, and finally sit an exam for the Restricted Operator Certificate (Maritime) with DSC Endorsement. Please note that prior independent study is required to make the most of this learning experience.
