For children aged 5–12 years old, No Limits Martial Arts & Fitness Centre provides kid's martial arts classes. This class is led by the managing director and Krav Maga instructor, who has 10 years of experience serving in the Green Howards XIX regiment. Martial arts have been shown to provide a great way for veterans to manage and control post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
