She is also trained and qualified in India, specialising in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga.
Outside of training clients, MaryAnn leads an active lifestyle and enjoys activities such as running, yoga, horseback riding, mountain climbing with her dog, paddleboarding, kayaking, skiing, surfing, and cooking healthy foods. Her love for fitness and the outdoors fuels her passion for helping others.
