Sarah, the organiser over at Masters Academy Bristol, wants to reach out to everyone in the sports community and share some news about the academy and what they’ve got going on.
Masters Academy Bristol isn't your usual kickboxing school. It’s right here in Bristol, and Sarah, with her team of experienced instructors, offers top-notch classes for both adults and kids. They're big on the idea that martial arts can really make a difference in people's lives, and they work hard to create a supportive and positive atmosphere for everyone who walks through their doors.
One of the great things about training at Masters Academy Bristol is the fitness boost you get. Instead of dragging yourself through the same boring gym routine, their kickboxing classes keep things lively and fun. Each session is different, helping folks get stronger, more flexible, and generally fitter. With regular sessions, you’ll find yourself with more energy and able to train longer without feeling wiped out.
Sarah also points out how their martial arts classes can really build confidence. They focus on practical training that’s useful in both sports and everyday life. Knowing you can handle yourself gives a real boost whether you’re out and about or just hanging with family.
It’s not just the physical stuff, either. The mental benefits are huge. At Masters Academy Bristol, you’ll develop self-discipline, relieve stress, and get pretty good at setting and reaching goals. Plus, there’s a big emphasis on socialising and building a community. You’ll be surrounded by people who support and motivate each other.
Sarah is keen to mention another perk: learning lifelong skills. You’ll not only get fitter and more balanced, but also burn fat and build muscle. Training with other dedicated folks in a positive setting helps everyone stay humble and focused on learning.
For those up for a challenge, there are opportunities to compete and maybe even become a bit of a role model. By setting goals and sticking to the training, you’ll see improvements not just physically, but in your mindset and skills too.
Classes for adults run Monday to Friday, with the KTX Kickboxing sessions from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at Bristol Cathedral School, College Square. There’s metered parking on Deanery Road or you can park at College Street car park.
If you’re interested in joining or want to learn more, get in touch directly by message or call 0117 325 21 21. Sarah even offers a free first session for anyone who wants to give kickboxing a try.
