The Matwork course offered by the Elixr School of Pilates is perfect for those who have completed the Fundamentals course and are looking to delve deeper into their pilates practice. This course is all about building a strong foundation for teaching, focusing on understanding the mechanics behind each mat exercise. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to lead pilates programs ranging from beginner to advanced levels.
Scheduled to take place in Sydney from March 2, 2024, to March 24, 2024, the course will run from 5:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The cost of the course is $2120×, but there's a fantastic 25% discount available for those who register with a friend. If by any chance, a participant needs to cancel their registration, they can request a full refund (minus a $150 administration fee) up to 14 days before the course starts.
