Paula, the organiser of Maunga Chi Pilates – Tauranga, has set up a contemporary Pilates studio in Tauranga, New Zealand. Her studio offers personalised, full-body programmes aimed at building stability, control, core strength, and developing a strong mind-body connection. Paula bases these programmes on Joseph Pilates Contrology, with a unique twist from her Melbourne training.

With classes capped at just three participants, Paula ensures that every minute counts. You'll get individual attention and won't be lost in the crowd. Her experienced team focuses on helping you achieve your goals and align your body correctly.

An ex-Kiwi, Paula returned to New Zealand after training in Melbourne at National Pilates Training. She holds a Diploma of Professional Clinical Pilates and received mentorship from one of Australia’s top Pilates trainers, Darren Vizer at Mr. Pilates. She continues to seek his guidance to remain at the top of her game.

With more than a decade of experience in the corporate world and a passion for Pilates, Paula knows the importance of balancing work and exercise for a healthy, wealthy life. As a member of the Pilates Alliance Australasia, she brings expert knowledge and top-tier instruction to her clients.
