The exterior of the club features a private car park to the East, a dinghy park, and a grassed area perfect for picnicking and outdoor enjoyment. There is also a separate dinghy park and camping area to the West, along with a safety boat storage compound. Additionally, the club offers storage options for kayaks, canoes, and maintenance equipment.

Sailing enthusiasts will find a full seasonal programme catering to various disciplines, including Dinghies, Keelboats, Cadet/short course racing, Training, Kayaking, Paddle boarding, and Windsurfing. Joint handicap racing with the neighbouring H(B)SC enhances the competitive spirit. The club also organises the highly anticipated Maylandsea Bay Week regatta, known for its vibrant and sociable atmosphere.
