Melbourne City Netball, Brunswick's premier Netball club, is excited to invite all netball enthusiasts to our upcoming local Netball event. We take pride in hosting game nights and providing a vibrant and inclusive environment for players to showcase their skills.
Our games take place at the prestigious Flagstaff Gardens Courts, which boast two top-quality outdoor courts. Whether you prefer mixed or ladies divisions, we have you covered with game nights available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Convenience is key, and we've got that covered too. The surrounding Victoria Markets area offers plenty of street parking options (coin fee until 7.30pm), ensuring you won't have to stress about finding a spot. Just make sure to leave your furry friends and bikes at home as no animals or bikes are allowed inside the netball environment fenced area.
As for the upcoming seasons, we have all the details you need. Our Monday Season kicks off on 30th October 2023, promising 16 rounds and 2 Finals. The season will wrap up on 18th March 2024, with the Grand finals set to take place on 8th April 2024. However, please note that there will be no games on 6th November, 25th December to 8th January, 11th March, and 1st April.
If Tuesdays work better for you, our Tuesday Season begins on 28th November 2024, spanning 16 rounds and 2 Finals. The regular season will conclude on 2nd April 2024, followed by the Grand finals on 16th April 2024. And fear not, if you miss the upcoming season, the next one starts on 30th April 2024. Just remember to register your team before 23rd April 2024.
For those who prefer Thursdays, our Thursday Season starts on 16th November 2023 and ends on 28th March 2024. Similar to the other divisions, there will be 16 rounds and 2 Finals, with the Grand finals taking place on 11th April 2024. The next season will commence on 18th April 2024, so be sure to register your team before 11th April 2024.
Game times may vary throughout the season, providing variety and ensuring fairness among the teams. On Thursdays, each court has its own unique game times. With a range of start times from 6pm to 8:10pm, we aim to accommodate everyone's schedules and preferences.
