About
Melbourne Yoga Shala in Hawthorn teaches Ashtanga yoga through live online classes and private yoga sessions, with an emphasis on strength, flexibility and a calmer mind. Classes use "Mysore style" practice, where you work independently at your own pace with your own sequence, guided by the teacher. The studio also offers anatomy-focused options, including an online Dynamic Anatomy Level 1 course, and can adapt sequences for injuries or specific goals.
