Meridian Judo Club, right here in Hayling Island, is your go-to spot for all things Judo. Kids and adults, no matter your level, Mike Spencer and his crew have got you covered. Mike's got his British Judo Association Coaching licence (B87341) and he's teamed up with Bruce Chapman (L99508), both ready to push you to be your best.
You’ll be training at the Hayling Sports Centre, so expect top-notch facilities. Their schedule's packed: Juniors train Tuesdays 18:00-19:00 and Saturdays 13:00-15:00. Seniors get busy Tuesdays 19:00-20:30 and Thursdays 20:00-21:30. Keep an eye on their Facebook for any updates.
