The Wing Chun Kung Fu classes at Brentwood start from 5 years old with no upper age limit, making it accessible to individuals of all fitness levels and abilities. Whether individuals have previous experience in Wing Chun or other martial arts such as Karate, Kickboxing, Judo, or MMA, they are welcome to join and benefit from the diverse range of training options available.

Meridian Kung Fu Brentwood also ensures flexibility in their timetable to accommodate the schedules of different age groups. From Monday to Sunday, classes are available for Little Snake & Cranes (3:45pm-4:30pm), Junior Wing Chun (4:45pm-5:45pm), Teenage Wing Chun (5:00pm-6:00pm), and Adult Wing Chun (12:30pm-1:30pm and 6:30pm-9:00pm).
The Meridian Kung Fu Brentwood team is led by Master Sata Chand, who is not only the co-founder of Meridian Kung Fu (UK) but also serves as the head instructor and technical director. With a martial arts journey that began in the mid-seventies, Master Chand has dedicated his life to the art of Wing Chun Kung Fu. He has extensive experience and has taught students and instructors from all around the world. Master Chand's expertise and passion for teaching are reflected in the success and growth of Meridian Kung Fu Brentwood.
