There’s a variety of classes to choose from, depending on what you’re after. Want to build confidence? Get fitter? Or push your skills further? Gerry’s team can sort you out with Karate, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, and more.
Gerry’s crew of instructors are top of the line. They’re experienced, dedicated and make sure every session is safe and supportive. They bring a lot of passion and know-how to the table.
