Alan Merrall wants to share a bit with the sports community about Merrall's Dance Centre. Nestled in the Wirral, this family-run gem has been a staple in the dance world for over forty years. Alan, alongside his wife Joan, both former dance champions, and their daughter Debbie, who’s a Ballroom Dance Champion herself, run the school.

They've got classes for everyone – from beginners to advanced dancers and from social dancers to serious competitors. Whether you fancy ballroom, Latin, or just a fun fitness dance, there's a spot for you at Merrall's.

One of the best things about the place is the chance to learn from some stellar dancers. Alan, Joan, and Debbie, with their impressive backgrounds, are usually around to offer guidance. Plus, there’s Sarah Hayes and Ashlea Evans, who bring their own expertise in various dance styles including rock & roll, line dancing, and disco.

If you're keen on pushing yourself further, Merrall's also offers medal exams, team dances, and competitions. So, whether you’re in it for the social side or aiming for gold, they’ve got you covered.

Located at 195 Apollo Club, Pasture Road, Moreton, it’s easy to find and get to. The team there is always ready to welcome dancers of all ages and levels. Whether you want to learn the basics, refine your skills, meet new mates, or just enjoy dancing, Merrall's is the place to be.

The school operates on various days throughout the week: daytime classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, plus evening sessions Monday to Friday, and almost all-day classes on Saturday and Sunday.
